Five Essential Oils to Help Fight Depression
1- Frankincense
2- Lavender
3- Ylang Ylang
4- Valor
5- Bergamont
I use each of these topically and aromatically. Usually when I am out of the house and am going into a negative state, I will whip one of these guys out of my bag and drop of few drops into the palm of my hand. Next, I'll rub my hands together and then take a moment to sit there and just inhale the aroma.
This has helped me countless times when I've been both out and inside of my house and have needed a pick-me-up during my current episode of depression.
