25 Highlights from 2018

This year was a BUSY year for me, and to celebrate my turning 25 during it, 

here are 25 highlights in my life that happened this past year in no particular order! :)

This year, I...

got engaged (in Paris, TX),

 got married,

moved to Colorado,

became a barista at Starbucks,

sold my Quiet Time Journals at a craft show for the first time,

learned how to make my Grandma's famous homemade pecan pie,

began (and still are) house and dog-sitting for an amazing, sweet couple while they are away,

 became an avid instagram user,

learned how to snowboard,

toured Napa Valley,

went to Hawaii,

visited Magnolia/the Silos,

met new friends,

flew a plane,

had to say good-bye to Matthew's dog, Captain,

saw the Blue Man Group in Las Vegas,

camped in Yosemite,

met my best friend's sweet baby girl,

 joined a gym (that has a rock wall in it),

visited some friends in Austin, TX,

enjoyed wine tastings in Fredericksburg, TX,

visited family in Lubbock, Baytown, Gulfport, Texas City, and Austin for Christmas,

bought a scooter (and named her, Blue Jay),

saw the Nutcracker Ballet,

and celebrated my mother-in-law's 60th birthday with her!

Wow!

It has been one BUSY year! I thank God for all of the many opportunities He gave me this year to enjoy, and can't wait to see what God has in store for next year! Hopefully it won't be too crazy!
