Essentially Tuesday - 3 Easy Ways I Use DiGize EO

3 Easy Ways I Use DiGize Essential Oil:

My "Must-Keep-In-Purse" Oil

The DiGize essential oil is the essential oil I MUST HAVE with me at all times! It's what I grab when I start feeling those strange sensations in my stomach after I eat something I probably shouldn't have whether it be gas or nausea.

DiGize is a Young Living combination of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint,
Juniper, Fennel, Lemongrass, Anise, and Patchouli.

It's AMAZING how quickly this oil works when you need it!

I recommend immediately putting a roller-ball onto this oil the second you get your PSK (Premium Starter Kit) from Young Living. It has a different smell that you probably won't want on your hands when you have to put it on. The roller-ball is a perfect solution to this problem, and you get 2 of them now in your PSK.

So...

Here are 3 ways I use DiGize:

Topically-

BELLY/BACK: Whenever I have a "rumbly in my tumbly" as Pooh likes to say, I use DiGize. I have my DiGize on a roller ball and will roll it in a big circle on my belly, and will also put a little bit at the bottom of my back. You can also do this by putting a few drops on your hand and then putting it onto your belly and back, but I prefer using a Young Living roller ball for this.

Internally-

STRAIGHT/HOT WATER: Another way to use DiGize when you need it is either putting one drop of it straight into your mouth, or putting a drop into some hot water or even coffee. A drop in hot water makes a tea, and add some honey and you have some "feel better" tea right there!

VEGGIE CAPSULE: Some people don't like the smell or taste of DiGize, so I recommend putting a drop or two into a Young Living Veggie Capsule and then filling the rest of the capsule with a carrier oil such as olive oil, and then taking that capsule as you would a pill.

Aromatically-

I DO NOT recommend diffusing DiGize, or using it aromatically in any way. Many people have a tendency to not like the smell of this oil. It smells, but it WORKS like none other.

Don't die! DiGize!
