Fearless Friday - Take a Nap


Sometimes we can feel like if we take a nap we won't get things done, and if we don't get things done, we're failures.

That's not true.

. . .

The preacher at my church recently said that we are the busiest generation, yet the most bored generation.

I think that's SO TRUE!!!

We have a go-go-go mentality all the time and feel like if we're not on the go, we're missing out on something. #FOMO

. . .

We have to learn to REST. It's ok to be busy yet listen to your body telling you that you need some rest and therefore take a nap.

Whatever you're taking a break from will be back there later.

Listen to what your body is telling you, and take care of yourself!

I know that I often get really sick whenever I've neglected giving my body the rest that it needs to keep functioning properly.

. . .

Listen to your body. Take a nap when you need it. And don't worry about missing out on anything.

It'll be there when you wake up.
