Sunday School Sunday - The forgiving prince
Today's Sunday School Sunday activity comes from "The forgiving prince" story in
The Jesus Storybook Bible.
First, we'll need a piece of paper.
Next, draw a sideways "C" on your paper.
Next, draw a line from the top of the "C" to the left and the down, and do it again on the other side.
Now, starting from where you see above, draw a line parallel to the outer line.
Like so.
Do the same thing to the other side.
Like so.
So that you end up with something that looks like this.
Next, draw a line from the armpit of the coat to where the bottom of the coat should be.
Next, draw a line from the neck area to the bottom of the coat.
Do the same thing to the otherwise.
Then draw lines to connect the bottom of the coat.
Now, shade in the inside of the coat.
Draw diagonal lines on the coat.
And write "Joseph's Colorful Robe" on the top.
You can do these steps and then copy this paper on a copy machine for all of the kiddos.
Have the kids color in the coat however they'd like.
And, you're done! Easy day.
*I have to say, coloring in the coat was one of my favorite activities so far! I'd try it if I were you!
Cheers!
