Sunday School Sunday - the present
In today's Sunday School Sunday, we are going to make a craft based off of "the present" story from the Jesus Storybook Bible.
The story mentions Jesus as "The Lamb of God", so today, we're going to create a lamb!
The story also mentions a ram, so I'll show you how to make that if you'd rather!
First, we'll need a blank sheet of paper.
The first thing we're going to draw is basically a cloud towards the top of the page.
Next, draw a bubbly triangle below the "cloud".
Now, we'll begin drawing the ears to the lamb.
So, on the left side of the "triangle", draw a long oval-ish shape.
Do the same to the right side of the triangle.
Now, color in the ears.
Draw a wide V to make the nose of the sheep.
Now draw a line attaching the "V" to the rest of the face.
Next, draw two big round eyes.
And feel free to add some squiggly lines to make the fur look more luscious.
If you like to title your art, feel free to title it something like "The Lamb of God"!
Now, to make the RAM, do the same steps to make the sheep but don't draw the ears.
Instead, we will draw (to the best of our ability) horns on the side of it's head.
I drew some lines on the horns for fun.
And now, we will create the body.
Draw another cloud-like shape for the body.
And then draw some little legs with hooves.
Title your piece, "God provides."
And you're done!
That was fun!
