Sunday School Sunday - Son of Laughter

Today, we're going to make a craft that will 1) help your kids learn how to draw a star and 

2) teach the story of Abraham being promised as many kids as there are stars in the sky!

First, let's get a blank sheet of paper out. 

Next, draw a line about 1/3 up from the bottom of that page.

Color in the 1/3 area (this is the ground in our picture).

Now, choose a color and begin drawing stars. You can draw 5 pointed stars or X's with another slash through it. Even dots work! 

What we'll do is keep choosing different colors and making the sky FULL of stars!

When you're done, you can write something like "God promises Abraham" or "Son of Laughter". 

Whatever you'd like your kids to remember.

Don't forget to write each kids name at the bottom!
