Thrifty Thursday - 3 Tricks to Hobby Lobbying
To be honest, Hobby Lobby is my happy place. I go there when I've had a rough day or need some "me" time.
It's just so fantastic all of the different crafts you can make with all of the items in one store!
Having gone to Hobby Lobby way more than I probably should have, I've learned some tricks to doing it right!
Here are my 3 top tricks I've learned to getting the best discount:
1 - Go when what you need is marked down in price!
Just about everything in the store will be marked down 30-50% at least one week of each month. Flowers, jewelry, etc. all have a specific week it will be marked down, so wait till the right time and then go get that super cute fabric that will go PERFECT for a new pillow for your little girls room!
2 - Be a part of their e-mail subscription! 40% off of 1 item every week!
This is one of the best things Hobby Lobby offers! Every week, you get 40% off 1 item in the store. WHAT?!?! Now, you can only use this coupon once, and it only works for one week, but how fantastic is that?!
3 - Use your 40% off on a big item you've had your eye on!
I have used my 40% off on a range of things, but my favorites have been items like a huge metal clock and a super cute wall decoration. This 40% off coupon has saved me $$$. Make sure to subscribe the their e-mails, then keep checking in on those special big items that will perfect that certain room you haven't quite completed in your home.
