3 Easy Ways I Use Citrus Fresh Essential Oil:

My "Uplifting" Oil

The Citrus Fresh essential oil blend is one of my favorite blends to diffuse in the house! It gives the environment a clean, uplifting smell. Citrus Fresh is a blend of Orange, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon, Mandarin Orange, and Spearmint. How refreshing!!!!

Here are 3 ways I use Citrus Fresh:

Topically- 

Photosensitive: Citrus Fresh is photosensitive and therefore is sensitive when in direct sunlight. I would not recommend putting Citrus Fresh on topically, and then going into direct sunlight. If you know that you will be inside for a long period of time, this oil can be used, but carefully. 

Internally- 

WATER: Add a drop of Citrus Fresh to a glass of water and enjoy a SUPER refreshing beverage! It's so good!!!!

VEGGIE CAPSULE: Put a drop or two of Citrus Fresh into a veggie capsule and get your Vitamin C without buying "Vitamin C tablets" from the grocery store!

Aromatically- 

KITCHEN: Diffuse a couple of drops of Citrus Fresh in your kitchen, and enjoy the sweet aroma you'll be surrounded by! I LOVE diffusing this oil blend in my house! It smells clean and uplifting!
