Ask questions!

If there's one thing my husband has taught me, it's to ask questions.

He asks A LOT of questions (which also means he's very smart). Where he has taught me to ask the most questions is with bills!

Everyone once and awhile you might get a bill that you think, "Was it really this much?" or "I don't remember this." When this happens, you have 2 options... 1) pay it and 2) call and ask questions.

I hate conflict, so in the past, I might have just paid something if it wasn't that much money, just so I could avoid the conflict.

My husband doesn't do that. No matter what the price, he calls and asks, and we often save money because of that.

Though it may be uncomfortable to do so, call and ask questions... you'll be surprised with the response you'll get and the money that you won't have to pay by one simple call.
